In our pursuit to provide you with  those hard to find parts for your project car or daily driver we will always strive to make your shopping experience with us as pleasant as possible, therefore we ask that you take the time to familiarize yourself with our:

TERMS OF SALE / ENDEARMENT:

BY PLACING YOUR BID YOU ARE AGREEING TO EVERYTHING WRITTEN BELOW :=>

• We welcome buyers with low or no feedback, however if you have less than 5 feedbacks please email us to confirm you agree to the terms of the sale. We do not accept bids from users with less than “0” feedback (e.g. -1, -2 etc).                         
• Your bid is an invitation to contract , A winning bid is a legally binding contract to purchase the item. A non payer will subsequently be reported, a NPB (non paying bidder) case filed…
•  If we (the seller) are unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within utmost 4 days, the transaction is considered abandoned by the buyer in which case we may offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-listed at the seller’s sole discretion.
  • The winner will receive an "End of Sale" email.
  • Click on the payment link and follow instructions.
  • We ship after payment is   received / cleared, (For PayPal... we only ship to the PayPal address).

Shipping Details:

• Please allow 2 business days for order processing.

• All shipping originates from FL 33759 zip codes and is done via USPS  or FedEx - WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES except to PR, HI, AK, VI, FM, AE &  AP. Insurance and or handling fee is included in the s/h  (P&P) quote …!!!!! We pride ourselves in packaging however, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping it will be subject to the shipping company claims process that can take several weeks. Refund is issued as soon as the shipper reimburses us. We file all paperwork – just notify us. 

• INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please note: International Shipping is exclusively via USPS EMS (3-5 DAYS EXPRESS SERVICE it’s not the cheapest but is the most reliable and is track-able), Oversized or heavy items to Canada are shipped via UPS – Ground;  No exceptions

• For Credit card funded payments... we only ship to the billing address,

• Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any damaged or defective products within 2 business days of you receiving your products. In order to serve you better, we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes beyond what is in the item description, If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged..

• Unless other wise stated all our merchandise will carry a 7 day warranty (time based on track-able delivery date). Please note items ordered in error e.g. wrong model, buyer's remorse/change of mind will be subject to either a 15% restocking fee or the initial (outbound) postage/shipping cost which ever is higher (if item had free shipping.. cost will be unmasked). 
• Our electrical items are marked internally as well as externally by use of ultraviolet paint, any tempering eg opening up of the unit will void warranty.
• Items described as untested, salvage or for parts are just that...   untested salvage for parts and do not carry any warranty written or implied, the sale of such items will be final and will be "SOLD AS IS" 
• BULBS :=> IF INCLUDED with any lights ARE UNTESTED. Some items may require cleaning and or repainting b4 usage.
• It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product e.g. you get a left side and you had ordered a right side; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us immediately to get instructions on how and where to return the product. We will ship you the correct product and pay the shipping costs both ways and there will be no restocking fee.

Returns:

• In the event that a return is agreed upon, all returns must include all original items undamaged,  all original packaging including screws, bolts nuts bulb holders, etc.  in re-salable condition. Shipping or Postage fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back {exemption of note above under warranty}.

Any future repairs, fees, maintenance requirements, are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Unless otherwise stated merchandise offered herewith for sale is to be considered as used (2nd hand) . All listing descriptions are made as accurate as possible including any known facts at the time of listing, however we are not perfect and occasionally do miss some details or facts, all scratches and scuff marks may not be mentioned.
